1. Due to lighting, different devices, and differences between monitors, the color of the image may differ slightly from the actual product.
2. Items are measured manually, so there may be a 1-3 mm difference in size. For irregularly shaped items, the size is calculated based on the longest edge.
3. We manufacture and ship by mail within 5 business days after payment.
4. Shipping Terms and Conditions:
4.1. We guarantee delivery, except in cases specified in section 4.2. If the parcel is lost by our country's postal service, we will send a new parcel or refund your money.
4.2. We are not responsible (we do not provide refunds) if the buyer provides an incorrect delivery address, and we are not responsible if the buyer does not pick up the parcel from their post office. We are also not responsible for customs duties in the destination country or the postal service in the destination country.
4.3. If the package is not delivered within 60 days, the buyer must contact us. We will then check the current location of the package, and if it is lost, we will either send a new one or refund the buyer's money, at the buyer's discretion. If the buyer does not notify us of the undelivered package within 90 days of payment, the package will be considered delivered. Delivery claims are not accepted after 90 days of payment.
5. We do not accept returns, as each item is made to order.
6. Once the order has been paid, the buyer is not allowed to change or cancel the order.
